Web Mail is not a replacement for
Outlook Express. Web Mail is intended for those on vacation
only that need access to their email from a different
computer. It is not for daily use. Under normal
circumstances the Outlook Express client installed on your
computer is what your supposed to use for email. Or you may
use the thunderbird client we have
available for download in our software
section. It contains advanced spam
filtering abilities. The
reason this web mail interface should
not be used regularly is because it is not
designed to be a high end commercial
product. Thus, it's not guaranteed to
function correctly under high loads. It
was specifically designed for occasional
use. It also does not have many of the
features available in normal non web
based clients such as outlook express.
As such, you would be missing out on
those advanced capabilities.
Install all the latest security fixes for
Internet Explorer and Outlook Express. Many new viruses use
vulnerabilities in Outlook Express to infect your computer which
Microsoft has fixed. Install these updates at
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
NOTE: When calling for support
problems regarding email, our tech staff
assumes your using a client installed on
your computer such as outlook express.
To receive proper tech support, make
sure our staff is made aware your using
this web mail client. There is a
difference. If you do not understand
